5% - Referral from prior guests

7.5% - Booking more than 8 consecutive days

10% - Booking more than 20 consecutive days

10% - Returning guest discount

Seasonal charges depending on booking date:

1st Dec to 28th Feb: $320

15th May to 15 Jun: $290

1st Oct to 15 Oct: $260

$150 - Cleaning fee applies only if property is not returned in condition on arrival

$15 per day - Max. 3 pets, prior approval at time of booking, pet compound provided, outside only

$200 per day - Boat/Tailor hire - River, ocean and dam fishing, approval at time of booking, boat licence required

$TBA - Campervan, caravan, other camping, prior approval required

$TBA - Double and single Kayaks, life jackets, on box trailer ready to go, tow ball on your car required
